Seal and Label
Seal with Stickers and Label Each Sample.
For each sample fill out 2 labels, one for the sample and one for the lab analysis form. Use 2 stickers per sample for a proper seal.
Mold Sample Label
Create a label for each sample with a unique name and the date and time of testing. Place it on the swab or of plates the agar or darker side.
Lab Sample Label
Create a second label for each sample with matching infor for the Lab Processing Form
