The ImmunoLytics Mold Check-Up is a laboratory mold testing service that mails you a collection kit so you can sample the air in your home or office. You send the samples back to our mycology lab, and we provide a detailed report showing mold levels by genus, quantity, and a health scale rating for each area tested.

How does the Mold Check-Up work?

The process has four steps: first, we mail you a collection kit with petri dish plates and instructions; second, you place the plates in the rooms you want to test; third, you mail your samples back to our lab; fourth, our laboratory analysts analyze the samples and send you a comprehensive report. You can also schedule a free consultation call with one of our Indoor Environmental Professionals to review your results.

How much does the Mold Check-Up cost?

The Mold Check-Up starts at $216 for a full kit, which works out to $36 per room. This includes laboratory analysis, your detailed mold report, and an optional free consultation with one of our certified Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEPs).

What does the mold analysis report include?

Your report identifies mold by genus, shows the quantity of mold found, rates the and provides a health scale score for each room tested. This gives you a complete picture of your indoor air quality so you can make informed decisions about remediation or further testing.

Do I get to speak with a mold expert about my results?

Yes. Every Mold Check-Up includes the option for a free phone consultation with one of our certified Indoor Environmental Professionals (IEPs). Your IEP will walk you through your results, explain what the findings mean for your health, and recommend appropriate next steps if elevated mold levels are found.

How do I get started with the Mold Check-Up?

To get started, choose a kit size on our website and place your order. We will mail your collection kit directly to you with everything you need — petri dish plates, instructions, a Lab Processing Form, and a prepaid return shipping label. Once your samples are collected and mailed back, our lab takes it from there.
