I forgot to send my form with all my information on it. I called and immediately reached support (no wait!). I spoke with them and they were very understanding. They immediately went and found my samples and had me email my form. They also helped me on the confusion of sending more samples than I wanted. Definitely would recommend using ImmunoLytics!
