How the Mold Check-Up Works
At-Home Mold Testing with ImmunoLytics Lab
1. Plate Testing
ImmunoLytics plates are easy to use and sample the air in a room or vehicle. You can also “tap test” furniture or a pet. We will guide you along the way with step-by-step instructions and helpful videos.
2. Swabs Testing
ImmunoLytics swabs can sample suspected mold on surfaces like vents, showers, and walls. Swabs are then sent to our Lab for precisely idenifiying 37,000 species of mold.
3. Lab Analysis
Plates and swabs are then sent to our Lab. They will be carefully analyzed to identify 37,000 species of mold by genus. The results are compiled into a report.
4. Consultation
A phone call with one of our IEPs (Indoor Environmental Professionals) will answer your questions and help you better understand the lab results — so you understand possible sources for mold and what to do about what was found.

They supply air testing for mold dishes to collect air samples. Plates are returned for analysis at their own lab. I have used their services twice and honestly more accurate then most companies that claim to be experts in air testing. Lab prices are also much more affordable than having a company come out and do the testing.
I was excited to hear about Immunolytics from a local mold remediation specialist and my personal experiences with them have cemented my enthusiasm! They sell mold test plates for $3 each which enable you to get a pretty good idea of mold threat in a particular room and if you want a complete lab analysis it only costs $30. Delivery time for the test kits was much faster than I expected and the analysis was thorough and completed the day after it was received. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful throughout every step of the testing process. They even include a professional consultation with each lab test. I don’t know how they do it but I do know I will continue using Immunolytics for all of my mold testing requirements in the future.
